Green Operations Assistant (all genders)
(part- or full-time) to support the development and safeguarding of internal processes.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for office management (Green Operations)
- Invoicing and travel expense accounting
- Support in personnel and onboarding processes
- Development and expansion of sales structures
- Preparation and revision of process and project documents (preparation of presentations, statistics, decision templates, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Independent work approach, excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in commonly used software applications (including MS Office)
- Experience in back-office or administrative tasks is advantageous
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Profound interest and enthusiasm for sustainability in various business areas and projects
